Managing Your Library

Efficiently organizing your data in Null Drop is fast and flexible. Instead of rigid folders, we use a metadata-driven approach that allows you to slice and dice your library in real-time.

The Uploads Dashboard

All your content is centrally managed in the Your Uploads tab. This view provides a high-performance list of every file you've stored or imported.

Organizing & Finding Content

To keep your workflow smooth, we provide several ways to isolate the files you need.

Filters and Sorting

You can narrow down your view using the Filter Bar:

  • File Type: Quickly isolate images, videos, documents, or archives.
  • Sorting: Order files by upload date, file size, or alphabetically.
  • View Mode: Switch between a dense List view or a visual Grid view for media.

The search functionality is lightning-fast:

  • Filename search: Type any part of a filename to filter your library instantly.
  • Bulk Actions: Select multiple files to download them as a single ZIP archive or delete them to free up space.

Sharing and Visibility

Null Drop gives you total control over who can see your files.

  • Private by Default: Every file you upload is private and accessible only to you.
  • Public Visibility: If you need to share a file, open the File Settings and toggle it to Public. This generates a secure share link.
  • Bulk Visibility: You can select multiple files and update their visibility status simultaneously.

External Integrations

Your library isn't limited to manual uploads. You can bridge your Null Drop workspace with:

  • GitHub & Notion: Sync repositories and pages directly into your library.
  • Cloud Providers: Import data directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, or GitLab without utilizing local bandwidth.
